Leadership FIRSTS is a blog focused on character-driven leadership. I will share my thoughts and experiences in the area of leadership as well some of the lessons I've learned the hard way. (More about me here.) Leading in a way that is consistent with your core values and who you are is the most effective and natural way to lead.

My goal is to encourage others on their path to becoming better, character-driven leaders. More importantly, I believe that character-driven leaders have the opportunity to transform the world for the better and to make a lasting impact! I want nothing less than to help others to change the world!

The purpose of this blog is:

In addition to writing regularly on the qualities of character-driven leaders, I will dig into motivation, effectiveness, relationships, self-management, and producing outsized results. I want to help you change the world! I welcome your suggestions and comments.
